What I can do for you by Marketing your Home

Recently you may have received a letter or letters from me because your trying to sell your property as a "For Sale By Owner". Now I wish you the best of Luck in doing this!

Let me tell you what I can do for you, and what I have to offer to you.

1) We do all the paperwork to list and sell your home. You may have to buy these forms, or you may find them free somewhere. But you will not have the expertise to fill them out, unless you know real estate law. Be careful in what you sign, it may become a legal document and you could end up losing everything.

2) We have access to prior sold homes to accurately price your home, for a fast and uneventful sale. You only have your home for a comparable, unless you do hours of research at the Register of Deeds to find out what homes comparable to your's sold for.

3) We have access to the MLS to feature your property to over 80 agents(with hundreds of buyers) in many offices in both Marinette and Menominee Counties. You only have yourself to sell your home.

4) We have access to many buyers. You may only have the customers that call in response to your ad. Most of which may be your neighbors, only to find out how much your selling your home for.

5) We have access to some of the best print advertising in the area. You only have the local newspapers and weekend shopping paper.

6) We will marketed your home on the Internet at REALTOR.com, this is the website visited by more home buyers than any other website. You can get your home featured on the Internet, but you'll have to pay for it at a "FSBO" website.

7) We have a tell 20 program that we use to notify your neighbors that were working for you, and to direct any questions about your home to us. You can ask your neighbors if they know of someone who might be interested in buying your property.

8) We take care of the entire selling process, from the time of the offer all the way through closing.  You could end up paying an Attorney( to review your offer and then give you advice as to what you'll need to do to accept or counter the offer) Title Company (for title insurance and to do the closing for you) You'll also have to take the documents to the Court House to have them registered.

9) All of our services are provided to you at no cost, until we sell your home for you.  You may need to pay for services as you need them.
